These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7999et ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online casino, sports betting, and related services available at 7999et.org. These Terms apply to all persons who register, browse, deposit, play, or otherwise interact with the Platform.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by logging in to an existing account, or by otherwise accessing any part of the 7999et Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 To register and maintain an account on 7999et, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current registration information; and (d) not be self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gambling service.

1.2 7999et reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated time frame will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the return of unplayed deposited funds to the original payment method.

1.3 Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the original will be closed, any bonus balances will be forfeited, and any winnings generated from bonus funds across duplicate accounts will be voided.

1.4 You must notify 7999et promptly if any of your registered details change, including your email address or payment method details. 7999et accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

2. Account Access and Security

2.1 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

2.2 7999et will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 7999et and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

2.3 In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately. 7999et will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period. We cannot accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has shared credentials or failed to maintain appropriate password security.

2.4 7999et reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that, in our reasonable opinion, poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform, other players, or the financial systems connected to it.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may change from time to time; refer to the cashier section of your account for the current list.

3.2 All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section and may vary depending on account verification status and payment method.

3.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, 7999et may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

3.4 Verified accounts are eligible for expedited withdrawal processing, typically completed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 7999et accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or mobile money operators.

3.5 7999et reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests at any time. Large withdrawals, unusual transaction patterns, or requests that trigger our anti-money-laundering systems may be subject to additional review. During the review period, the relevant funds will be held in a pending state. Players will be notified by email and asked to supply any additional documentation required.

3.6 Deposited funds that have not been used to place at least one qualifying bet may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, reflecting the costs incurred by 7999et from payment processors.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 All bonuses, promotional offers, and free bet credits awarded by 7999et are subject to these Terms and to any additional terms specific to the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms for the duration of that promotion.

4.2 The standard welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically to the player's account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The bonus must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) on qualifying games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

4.3 Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Crash games and virtual sports contribute 50%. The exact contribution rates for any active bonus are displayed in the player's bonus dashboard.

4.4 Bonuses may only be used for the purpose for which they were awarded. Attempting to use a sports bonus on casino games, or vice versa, without explicit permission from 7999et, will result in the bonus being voided without replacement.

4.5 7999et reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions with reasonable notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.

4.6 Bonuses awarded to one account may not be transferred to another account. Any attempt to transfer bonus balances — including through collusive play — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and the relevant accounts being reviewed for potential suspension.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

5.1 All games available on the 7999et platform are supplied by independently audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Play'n GO. The rules governing each game are determined by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, the provider's server-side records will be treated as the definitive source of truth.

5.2 7999et reserves the right to void any bet that was placed: (a) after the relevant event had already concluded; (b) as a result of a software malfunction or display error; (c) in exploitation of a pricing or odds error; or (d) in contravention of any rule set out in these Terms or the provider's game rules. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the player's account.

5.3 In the event of a game interruption, disconnection, or platform outage during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the provider's standard disconnection policy. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet stake will be returned. 7999et accepts no liability for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the player's side.

5.4 Sports betting markets on 7999et — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are governed by the sportsbook rules published in the betting rules section of the Platform. Match-specific rules (e.g., minimum overs for a cricket match to be deemed valid) are displayed alongside each market before a bet is placed.

5.5 Maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per account. Limits are displayed within each game and betting interface. 7999et reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits on individual accounts that demonstrate unusual or professionally advantaged betting patterns, without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7999et Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus), and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or its games in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, display errors, or odds pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or live casino games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds transacted through the Platform.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7999et staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract intellectual property from the Platform without written authorisation from 7999et.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 7999et is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings section after login: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months).

7.2 Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be closed, marketing communications will cease, and re-registration will be prevented. No element of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from 7999et.

8.2 The 7999et brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any medium — including social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 7999et collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to it. 9.2 7999et uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary for platform operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7999et shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses attributable to platform downtime, game interruptions, or payment processing delays.

10.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 7999et makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

10.3 In any event, the total aggregate liability of 7999et to any individual player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11.1 7999et reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version came into force. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 12 below.

12. Account Closure

12.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 7999et reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity is suspected; (c) a regulatory obligation requires it; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or the operator. Where an account is closed for cause, any balances attributable to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally accepted principles of contract law. 7999et operates as an internationally managed online gaming platform. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

13.2 To initiate a formal complaint, players should first contact [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 7999et commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. Complaints that remain unresolved after this process may be escalated to arbitration as described in clause 13.1.
